This little guy is not in a pond, it's the driveway to the strip mall where I work. (:This was actually an exact week after the storms. Still flooded.
And a little tidbit, that actually happened today; A guy walks up and says to the customer I was dealing with.. "Carrie?" And they proceeded to go back and forth about how she knows the family of the person he thought she was, but she's no relation, and blah, blah... But at one point she was having trouble remembering a name, and kept saying, "you know... so and so's marriage partner" That was how she put it, repeatedly, "marriage partner". Ummm, whatever happened to "wife"? I may be hopelessly old fashioned, and no one can call me "P. C." and now I know why.
